Emmanuel Wingate, LLB, LLM, has over ten years of combined legal
experience in Nigeria and Ontario. He is a general dispute
resolution practitioner with expertise in civil, family, and
criminal litigation. Since commencing practice in the Waterloo
Region, Emmanuel’s caseload includes complex civil disputes
before the Ontario Superior Court, family disputes before the
Unified Family Court, as well as an appeal pending before the
Court of Appeal for Ontario. Emmanuel deploys exceptional legal
writing and analytical skills to achieve results for clients. He
